Group Mindfulness Coaching 

Learn Mindfulness together - live and online 

Interested in learning mindfulness with friends or colleagues?


This six-week online program offers a calm, practical introduction to everyday mindfulness skills in a supportive small-group setting (3–5 people).

 

You’ll learn to:

  • Find rest and relaxation in the midst of daily life

  • Enhance nervous-system regulation

  • Disentangle from stressful thoughts and emotions

  • Deepen appreciation and positive emotion

  • Bring mindfulness into ordinary activities

 

The program is based on the Unified Mindfulness system - a secular, evidence-based framework that draws on contemplative traditions from around the world and integrates insights from modern research. Each week builds on core skills and includes guided audio practice, discussion, and tips for daily integration.

Groups meet online via Zoom at the same agreed time each week for six weeks.
Sessions are available in 60- or 90-minute formats.
