Counselling
A supportive place to untangle, reflect and grow
Counselling offers a non-judgemental and confidential space where you can explore what’s troubling you and discover new ways to relate to yourself and your life. You might be dealing with anxiety, grief, life transitions, or a harder-to-define sense of heaviness or something 'not right'. Whatever you bring, I’ll meet you where you are, and we’ll work together at your pace.

I'm here to listen and help you express and address what is troubling you. My goal is to support you to become more present in your life, understand yourself more clearly, open up to challenging thoughts and feelings, and take meaningful steps toward a full and rich life.

Many people come to counselling with overlapping experiences - caught in loops of overthinking, stretched by stress and indecision, or worn down by the pace of life and unsure where to go next.

If you’d like to explore these themes in more depth, you’re welcome to visit:
Overthinking & Worry, Stress & Burnout, and Uncertainty & Life Transitions, which describe common patterns and how counselling can help.

If you’re not sure where to start, that’s okay. We can work it out together.

60-minute Counselling Session
In these sessions, I draw on person-centred counselling, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness, and even some philosophy to help you explore challenges and rediscover strengths. Our conversations can support you to make sense of what’s happening, connect to what matters, and begin to move forward with greater clarity and resilience.

90-minute Counselling & Mindfulness (Blended Session)
For some people, combining counselling with structured mindfulness practice offers a powerful way forward. In these extended sessions, I blend traditional talk therapy with formal, science-backed mindfulness training to provide relief from anxiety and stress and help you meet your happiness goals.

Learning and practising with these tools is a core part of each session. In a safe and encouraging environment, you will learn to develop a different relationship with challenging thoughts and emotions, practising in real time to meet them as they arise. Sessions are longer than a standard counselling session to allow ample time to practice your newly developed skills without compromising the space for therapeutic work.
